What is The Car Nerd?

The Car Nerd Ltd started off as a one man band in a van doing diagnostics at your home or work place, as the years have moved on we have grown to a fully functioning workshop in the heart of the Mourne Mountains and we offer services such as DPF repair, Auto Electrical repair and diagnostics. 

Between our staff we have a combined 60 years of experience within the automotive industry and strive to be the best in the country for all diagnostic and repair work. 

The Car Nerd is run by husband and wife team Laura and Cathal Cowan.
